I started today.

My New Year's Resolution, Justified
I know it’s an all time low for my fitness when just one sit up is a near impossibility without having to cement my foot under my bed for support and try to punch my arm fast enough to get some momentum going for my fat belly to follow.
And 3 push-ups sets me on the outer boundary of about to pass out from exhaustion. My arms are strong. They’re just not cut out for the weight...
